Additional information

<17> Published in the 2nd highest rank journal in the field (SCImago) with a review proces of over one year requiring new specific experiments to evidence contribution to knowledge. Probably one of the first large-scale attempts at extracting a large set of high-level descriptors. It produced a series of counter-intuitive results that are debated in the best journals of MIR studies. For example: Fu, Lu, Ting and Zhang: A Survey of Audio-Based Music Classification and Annotation IEEE Transactions on Multimedia 13(2) 2011 and Zhang and Zhou: A Review On Multi-Label Learning Algorithms, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering.
