<01>Because of the applicability of the approach to other bio-signals, this research has led to further work on hybrid BCI published in (Shahid, Prasad, Sinha, 2011, IEEE/EMBS Conf. Neural Engineering (10.1109/NER.2011.5910486); and Sinha & Prasad, 2013, J. Clinical Engineering (10.1097/JCE.0b013e3182a9045a)). This paper has been instrumental in developing a new UKIERI proposal “A Neuro-rehabilitation system for brain training of people with upper limb impairments” with Professor Dutta (adutta@iitk.ac.in), IIT Kanpur, India, submitted in May 2013 (outcome pending).
