Additional information

The work reported here demonstrated control of dielectric properties achieved through precise control of process temperatures and specific additives for a single BST composition, allowing selection of material properties to suit specific applications, and laying the groundwork for development of thick film and LTCC process routes and subsequent device demonstrations and commercial applications now being undertaken by Hunan Yuanwang New Material Technology Co, Ltd, China (Prof D Zhang, Technical Director).
