Additional information

<22> This work presents a first attempt to demonstrate how formal specification can be effectively used to develop agent-based models of complex adaptive system environments consisting of flocking in the vicinity of wireless sensor networks. Outcomes include: a set of Springer Books by the authors on Cognitive Agent Based Computing-I (2012) and II (2013), and an edited special issue in Simulation (SAGE) journal (2013) which received 30 submissions. This work has led to a new (October 2013) Stirling PhD Impact project co-funded by industry (Unitech Ltd.) to develop new agent-based collaborative decision making systems for e-healthcare applications.
