Additional information

<17> This research was carried out as part of an EPSRC and industry (Sitekit Ltd) co-funded grant. The Sentic-PROM system was adopted within a £858k UK Technology Strategy Board grant, “eCommissioning Community to Support NHS GP Consortia” (Contact: T. Benson, CEO of Abies Ltd. (Berkshire, UK), E-mail:tim.benson@abies.co.uk). The sentic computing engine has been adopted into a commercial sentiment transactions system (SENTRA) by Zoral Labs, and delivers accuracy rates in excess of 85-90%, with performance improvements of up to 20%, equivalent to, or slightly in excess of, human performance. (Contact: E. Vereschak, Business Development Manager at Zoral Labs, E-mail: e.vereschak@zorallabs.com).
