<12> This collaboration with Seoul National University (Korea) was invited and accepted in the special issue "Theoretical Foundations of Evolutionary Computation" of a top journal in Evolutionary Computation. This work builds on my "Geometric Theory of Evolutionary Algorithms" which is overall very highly cited (see e.g. Google Scholar) and well-received in the research community e.g. invited tutorials at premier conferences (GECCO and IEEE CEC). This paper extends the theory to redundant encodings that naturally occur in important combinatorial problems and it formalises, systematises and generalises a decade of work of the Korean group formed by world-leading experts in redundant encodings.
