Additional information

This paper was presented as an invited plenary lecture to over 200 delegates at the 8th International Conference on Fracture and Strength of Solids (FEOFS 2010), 7-9 June 2010, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The work results in an on-going international numerical round-robin on mixed-mode fracture organized by the European Structural Integrity Society, Technical Committee 4 (ESIS TC4). The work also results in an invited lecture: Propagation criteria of delamination in composite laminates in the 9th International Conference on Fracture & Strength of Solids (FEOFS 2013), Jeju, South Korea, 9–13 June 2013.
