Double-weighted statement

Philosophy Without Intuitions attempts to establish a general thesis about philosophical methodology. It does so through careful case studies of work done by epistemologists, moral philosophers, philosophers of language, philosophers of mind, metaphysicians, meta-philosophers, philosophers of logic, and others. As such, the thesis argued for is at an exceptionally high level of complexity and requires detailed analysis of a very large body of material from across philosophical sub-disciplines.
