A collaboration with St Georges’ Medical School applying robotics to an new area, using test data originating from a BUPA funded project, looking into relationships between retinal vessel characteristics and certain health risk factors, exploring novel algorithms to quantify retinal vessel parameters and their possible links to risk factors for major illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes in later life. Funded by a £98,741 grant (F/33a/05) from the BUPA Foundation .
