The output reports results from the CREDO I project (EP/C548582/1) which will be extended in EPSRC project DURACOMP (EP/K026925/1, May 2013 to April 2016) to investigate and predict the probable durability of composites for civil engineering applications for a 50 year life-span based on UKCIP09 forecasts. The work is expected to contribute to the development of EC10 in the form of partial factors and design guidance. Professor Javad Fouladgar (contact: javad.fouladgar@univ-nantes.fr, +330240178145), University of Nantes, is contributing to this research during a study visit at Newcastle commencing September 2013.
