Additional information

Geach's main contribution was the production of the empirical models for the evolution of the H-alpha luminosity function, essential for evaluating the viability (e.g. the figure of merit) of a survey that uses redshifts of galaxies to measure dark energy examined in this paper. He also provided comment and input on the analysis and content of the paper itself.
