A Mobile Conditional Access System was developed as an end-to-end access control solution for Pay-TV systems, which incorporates both mobile and broadcasting systems and provides a platform whereby service providers can effectively more easily interact with their customers, personalize their services, allow security for customers to not be constrained to a specific set-top-box and adopt appropriate security measurements.
