Additional information

This paper is resulted from research collaboration with School of Reliability and System Engineering in Beihang University, China, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, China (Project No. 71071007). This paper developed the first optimisation model to solve the evolved classical capacitated vehicle routing problem (CVRP). 5% fuel savings have been found in general in experiments based on industrial scenarios by using the developed optimisation model.
