Additional information

This research established the basis for integrating evidence support logic and utility for regulatory decisions on risk. The model of influence within decision-making was used to justify and evidence a portfolio of research into organisational behaviour and regulatory decision making within government (EPSRC/ESRC/NERC/Defra Risk Centre EP/G022682/1) and secure additional funding for a Defra/EPSRC project investigating effective and efficient regulatory decision making – contact Edgar Black (Edgar.Black@defra.gsi.gov.uk). The work was funded by EPSRC (EP/E017975/1) in collaboration with Nottingham and LSE.
