Additional information

This research was conducted as part of the “Rolled Multi Material Layered 3D Shaping Technology” FP7 Project: NMP2-LA-2008- 214122 involving ~30 European partners. High Ag content inks were developed enabling thick Ag tracks to be printed with reduced time and increased line resolution. The inks are currently being exploited by project partners, CEA and LeGrand, for the interconnects on a thermoelectric energy harvester luc.federzoni@cea.fr, and Omnisys Instruments developing conductive waveguide tracks for mm-wave Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) (tp@omnisys.se).
