Additional information

In biomedical imaging tissues are differentiated and so consequentially can be images based on differences in their properties. For example, CT reports tissue density; microwave imaging delivers dielectric properties. This paper focuses on experimental measurements of dielectric properties of normal and malignant human lung cells at RF-to-microwave frequencies. The impact of this publication is in establishing a base ground in application of microwave tomography for the imaging of lung cancer.
