Additional information
<09> This paper demonstrates how the technological frames approach I developed in previous years could also be used in empirical studies of software engineering to assess the perceived and actual usefulness and uptake of a software development method. The case study was defined as very useful by the host organisation when findings were reported back to them. I have also used this as a good case study to explain adoption issues while teaching development methodologies and socio-technical design at MSc level.
