Additional information

<11> The paper delivers a first sound and complete logic, AGn, which uses modal techniques to reason about persuasive actions changing agents' beliefs in multi-agent systems. The research links together the authors expertise on persuasion theory and philosophical logics (Budzynska) and logic-based verification tools (Kacprzak, see e.g. a paper in AAMAS 2005). The paper led to several invited talks at the University of Warsaw and the Polish National Academy of Sciences and to the Persuasive Argumentation project funded by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (546/MOB/2009/0; £40k; acceptance rate: 18%, open to all disciplines).
