Additional information

<23> First ever paper on registration of ultra-wide-field-of view (UWFV) retinal angiographic sequences. The software allowed us to exploit temporal features in UWFV analyisis, attracting further grants from OPTOS plc (apprx £110,000 in PhD studentships), world leader for UWFV ophthalmoscopes. Work ignited collaboration with UCLA and Jules Stein Eye Institute (Los Angeles), formalized in a further PhD studentship from OPTOS to investigate detection/quantification of retinal ischemia, and a collaborative grant, CARMEN, funded by OPTOS and SINAPSE (Scottish research pooling medical imaging) with Edinburgh Univ and three clinical centres on retinal biomarkers for cardiovascular conditions. Joint patent application (Dundee, UCLA, OPTOS) drafted.
