Additional information

This work was used as the basis for a session at a one-day industrial seminar on "additive manufacturing for NDW" at Warwick, attending by 5 companies. This was run by Dr Billson through the Research Centre for Non-Destructive Evaluation (RCNDA). The research is at an early stage, but is being investigated by industrial partners for a variety of NDE applications, including bespoke transducer alignment systems and novel transducer types for high-res. defect detection.
