Additional information

Bradley co-organised the 2005 Nottingham conference from which the edited volume originated. As sole editor, he selected the strongest papers from the conference (OUP does not publish conference proceedings) and commissioned two other chapters, in addition to a Foreword and Envoi. He offered comprehensive feedback on at least two drafts of each chapter, wrote a substantial introductory chapter (c. 10,000 words) outlining the theoretical framework, état de recherche and methodology for the volume to guide contributors. He also contributed his own chapter (c. 15,000 words).
