Additional information
<23> This paper developed a framework for robust people detection in low resolution image sequences of highly cluttered dynamic scenes with non-stationary background. Our model boosts appearance features together with short- and long-term motion information. Outputs from the detector are maintained by a tracker and a Bayesian model to correct any misdetections. Experiments show that our model is more robust with better detection rate compared to the existing model. This work is supported by INSIGHT (GR/S63687/01) project funded by EPSRC and MOD DSTL
