The author was co-founder of the scientific collaboration of experimentalist and theorists that have produced this publication. The author led the Imperial college team who performed the data analysis and corresponding interpretation that formed the results of this paper. He supervised the PhD student S. Rogerson, who carried out most of the data analysis for this paper, which was also one of two papers that formed the basis for his PhD. The author also contributed actively to the data analysis.
