The 2009 installation Fear of a Consequence, in the group exhibition ‘Cautionary Tales – Feral Structures’ Los Angeles, was seen by Deirdre McGinnis, the LA-based head of the quarterly Saatchi Gallery Magazine: Art & Music. Her recommendation of my work and research to the magazine’s London-based Art Editor, Gemma de Cruz, subsequently began a dialogue with regard to my potential inclusion in, and/or contribution to, a future issue of the magazine. This process resulted in the invitation to guest edit an edition of the Saatchi Gallery Magazine: Art & Music which was published in September 2011.
