Additional information

Kurtz conceived this project. He contributed an equal joint effort in executing the project and writing the paper, which presented a novel technique for deriving photometric radial velocities, thereby obviating the need for expensive and time-consuming spectroscopy in many cases. The FM technique has the potential to open up a new range of exoplanet discoveries around hot stars that can be studied by no other existing technique.
