Shows that in drug delivery, as an example, in hospitals the approach would halve death rates (e.g., with infusion pumps), based on available data. Cited in the influential US Institute of Medicine report "Health IT and Patient Safety: Building Safer Systems for Better Care" (National Academies Press, 2012).
