Linear time-varying models can reveal non-linear interactions of biomolecular regulatory networks using multiple time-series data
With support from his second EPSRC Platform grant (EP/D029937/1, £435K) , Postlethwaite helped to establish an interdisciplinary Systems Biology Laboratory at Leicester directing some of his research effort to the development and application of control theory to biological systems. A series of papers on the robustness of biochemical networks was published and this paper is one of these. It presents a new algorithm for the inference of biomolecular interaction networks from temporal expression data. The work benefited from an international collaboration with co-author Cho of the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and BBSRC research grant (BB/D015340/1, £341K).
