Additional information

This publication resulted from a project that Walker has been leading for more than 10 years. It has here come to fruition. Two of Walker’s PhD students precede him on the author list. They carried out the data analysis under his guidance. The motivation for the measurements was provided by Walker. He led the interpretation and he took charge of drafting and finalising the paper.
