Additional information

<06> The intellectual contribution of this paper is twofold: it introduces the novel concept of delivery-centricity, which allows applications to associate delivery requirements with each content request, and also discusses a configurable and reconfigurable middleware architecture that offers more flexibility in meeting the (high-level) requirements. The delivery centric approach has been influential, featuring in an EU Whitepaper (in 2008/9) and reflected in multiple EU calls including CHIST-ERA in 2012/13. Published in a prestigious ACM Transactions journal.
