Double-weighted statement

This book presents a new dialogic theory of the nature and role of education for the Internet Age. It reports findings from two large recent international projects, Science Education for Diversity (1m€) and Metafora (2m€). It also offers a re-evaluation of data from previous UK classroom talk projects going back 20 years. It contains a substantial literature review of dialogic education with technology engaging with over 500 references. Reviews so far have been positive about its contribution to the field. The book, which is 80,000 words long, was written over a one year period including 6 months dedicated study leave.
