This work is one of the outcomes of a longstanding collaboration between Kingston University and Sichuan University (SU), China, and has led to the appointment of Wang as Visiting Professor at SU. This appointment has led to several external PhD supervisions at SU, resulting in several high quality international journal publications. The work reported here is also supported by the Government of Sichuan Province, which has set up a specialised Institute for Research on Innovation and Creativity.
