The work describes an algebraic premixed turbulent combustion model that was analytically studied against spherical premixed turbulent flames – using the measured mean local burning velocity. This was carried out using the research funds partly from Pôle Energie, Belgium. This paper was a result of joint research with universities in Belgium, Germany and Japan.
