Double-weighted statement

This 130,000 word monograph is the result of two years of research reading unpublished, and in some instances barely known, medieval manuscripts in archives in London (TNA, BL, Society of Antiquaries, College of Arms, Middle Temple) and Dublin (Trinity College Dublin, National Archives of Ireland, National Library of Ireland, Royal Irish Academy). The result is the most thoroughly-researched monograph on late medieval Ireland to have appeared in many years.
