Additional information

A novel approach to control stability of a new type of nanoelectromechanical memory is reported for the first time. Led to invited talk (personal invitation by Prof Grzegorz Litak; email: g.litak@pollub.pl) at European Network Workshop: Dynamics of Smart Materials and Structures, University of Technology February (2013). Following on, collaboration has been established with Prof Litak (Lublin), Prof Manoach (Sofia), Prof Halvorsen (Tonsberg), Prof Venstra (Delft), Dr Bernardini (Rome) and Dr Abadal (Barcelona) and this led to submission (March 2013) of a proposal entitled ‘Nonlinear Methods and Materials for Vibration Damping and Energy Harvesting’ for COST European research.
