Additional information

This article was chosen for publication in IJSSE as a best paper from the SecSE 2011 workshop. It provides the first example of how to build human factors into security policies in critical infrastructure organisations. The research reported in this paper directly contributed to the Persona Cases framework; this work, which was published in CHI 2011, has been cited by work in CHI 2012 and CHI 2013 as a standard for using qualitative data analysis to create personas. This work also helped lead to a £120K EPSRC grant (ref: EP/J020591/1) on evaluating the trustworthiness of ad-hoc collaborative teams.
