The paper was one of the first to propose and validate a modelling and automated analysis framework for contextual software requirements. It led to a €100k Marie Curie CIG Grant awarded to Dr. Ali (SOCIAD project). It is cited by 55+ papers, many are authored by influential scholars in Software Engineering, e.g. P. Sawyer, E. Yu, P. Inverardi, A. Finkelstein, J. Mylopoulos, J. Castro, and A. Borgida.
