Research content/process:

Bishop co-authored the output’s introduction, contributed a solely-authored article, and co-developed the intellectual agenda of the issue with Goh. This special issue on touch broadens the general arts, humanities and qualitative research into the senses and the sensorium by addressing the sense of touch, perhaps the least discussed of the senses. The issue brings together some of the leading critical theorists in the world, commissioned by the editors to produce original work for the volume and offer a largely philosophical and theoretical inquiry into the status of touch within numerous fields.
