Additional information

Vihman developed the original idea, and Keren-Portnoy devised methods for testing it. Keren-Portnoy and Vihman jointly conducted the analysis, with the help of the other authors. Keren-Portnoy wrote a first draft of the paper, and Keren-Portnoy and Vihman worked jointly in producing the final draft. We consider that the authors have genuinely contributed in equal measure to the final document.
