Presents a new tool that makes a major contribution to assessment/improvement of architectural design quality in PFI projects. Supported by a Knowledge Transfer Partnership KTP006998 and rated by the TSB as 'outstanding'; referenced in the 'key attributes for successful knowledge transfer partnerships' (CIHE, 2012); on Homes and Communities Agency website as an 'instrument setting new standards in design' http://www.homesandcommunities.co.uk/architecture-design-quality-evaluation-tool. It was headlined in the PPP/PFI Conference in Social Housing as 'outstanding expert analysis' (http://www.bpf.org.uk/en/events/event/PPP/PFI_in_Social_Housing.php) and included by National Building Specification in a government-funded project to transform the architectural briefing process.
