<18>Published at the premier international conference software engineering, drawing together a number of technical innovations to present a novel engineering framework for managing privacy in a changing environment. The work builds on EPSRC project PRiMMA (EP/F024037/1), partly supported by a Microsoft research award, and one of two legs of an ERC Advanced Grant on Adaptive Security and Privacy. It also contributed to the agenda of a new EPSRC project (EP/K033522/1) on Privacy Dynamics. The research in the paper responds to the requirements of mobile network providers who are members of the GSM Association (Pat Walshe - PWalshe@gsma.com).
