Additional information

<25> This paper provides a performance evaluation tool to help hospitals to evaluate and optimise their clinical pathway and address the problem of inadequate instant treatment of acute diseases, such as stroke. The paper presented some concrete applications and key research results from the EPSRC iHealth project (EP/F059221/1). To our knowledge, this is one of the first papers proposing a mathematical model for clinical pathway.
