<02>The dependability and performance of Wireless Sensor Networks is highly-dependent on key parameters, e.g. in their routing protocols. Searching for the best parameters is hard due to the complex search landscape. Two types of techniques are compared: a systematic experimental method that we developed and a range of existing Multi-Objective Evolutionary Algorithms. Section 7 provides a detailed understanding of the search problem and evaluates which search algorithm is most efficient and effective.
