Work that was followed elsewhere [Rabier et al, Phys Stat Sol C 10(2013)11], who noted that the differences described had "already been evidenced in the work of Korte et al." The paper was one of a series on high-temperature microcompression in vacuum, demonstrating a proof of concept, that led to the development of a new commercial product by Micro Materials Ltd, Wrexham (Dr B. Beake, Tel: 01978 261615).
