Additional information

First author. This paper reports on the selection criteria and quality assurance tests performed for the first time in 3D silicon sensors for the ATLAS IBL production. I contributed to the overall coordination of the sensor design, production and tests. I defined the parameters' selection criteria (which are now the selection parameter standards for these sensors), calculated all yields factors from the available data, defined all the risk factors and risk mitigations and contributed to the editing of the paper related to these aspect.
