<07> This paper presents an in-depth comparison of three different parallel programming models used for a complex HPC hydrocode. This collaborative effort between the Universities of Bristol and Warwick, had an industrial partner, AWE. It has led to AWE funding a research post in Bristol to extend the research. The work is part of the CloverLeaf application within the Mantevo Suite research effort led by Sandia National Laboratory. The Manevo Suite was listed as a winner of the R&D 100 for 2013, http://www.rd100awards.com/ [Can be corroborated by Head of HPC at AWE; see audit file for contact details).
