The demonstration of device quality spray deposited films onto any substrate led to a KTA award with M-Solv Ltd (phil.rumsby@m-solv.com) to develop a spray pyrolysis (SP) technique for depositing ATO films onto thin glass with Dr. Adamopoulos. M-Solv is currently undergoing proof-of-commercialisation studies of this research. Dr. Adamopoulos went on to obtain a permanent position at Lancaster University and develop further collaborations on the applications of SP with QMUL (Gillin), M-Solv Ltd and others.
