Additional information
This paper received the best paper award from the Nonwovens Cooperative Research Center (NCRC), North Carolina State University, USA (Prof. Behnam Pourdeyhimi - head of NCRC - bpourdey@ncsu.edu) which is the largest research platform of nonwoven companies (3M, DuPont, Procter&Gamble, etc.) in the world. The developed model was introduced to the member companies (US Army NSRDEC, 3M, FiberVisions, etc.) of NCRC to reduce time and cost of design and optimization of nonwoven fabrics.
