Additional information

The graphene coating and composite fabrication technology used here secured a grant from the EPSRC funded Cambridge Integrated Knowledge Centre (Graphenex project, start date: 17/08/2012; ~GBP10k) for 3D bio-plotting of graphene-polymer composites. These graphene coating and polymer composites are also being tested for commercialisation by CAMLASE, a spin-off for potential biomedical applications. Led to an invited talk (ACIN-2013, Namur, Belgium) and 2 keynote talks in International Conferences (3M-Nano 2013, China; IUPAC 9th International Conference on Novel Materials and Synthesis, China, 2013). Hasan awarded Lectureship at Electrical Engineering, Cambridge, 1-9-2013.
