Additional information

The results of this work have been used by Rolls-Royce in the company's low pressure compression system and have led to a successful redesign of the engine-sector-stators (ESS) for the company’s newest high bypass civil engines (Dr John Bolger, ID_in_audit_file@rolls-royce.com). The Department was recently awarded the TSB project NADIT, and within the project two work packages will follow-up and extend this work (total grant value to Cambridge GBP370k).
