Double-weighted statement

Missionary Discourses of Difference is based on four years of extensive primary research using the Council of World Mission Archive at SOAS. The work required to produce the book involved a thorough analysis of this large volume of material, which required sustained research effort. The book presents a complex argument about the construction of colonial ‘difference’ exploring three themes, each from two angles. The total research effort involved was greater than that required for two standalone articles.
